Children's ministry is an important part of Kaufman Church as it provides a safe and welcoming environment where children can learn about God's love and develop a strong faith foundation. This ministry not only teaches children about the Bible and its principles but also helps them develop social and emotional skills through interacting with other children and adults. Children's ministry creates a space where children can have fun while learning important life lessons, and it helps to cultivate a sense of community and family within the church. By investing in children's ministry, Kaufman Church is investing in the future of the church and ensuring that the next generation grows up with a faith that will sustain them for their entire lives.
Wednesday Evening Kid's MInistry
Hello Families!
We here at KMC are excited to announce that Wednesday Bible Study is starting back up on September 13! We look forward to meals, fellowship, fun, and learning about God. Dinner starts at 6 pm, with Bible Study to follow.
I’d like to introduce myself, I’m Dawn. Our family - including my husband Steven, and our kids Sean, Rachel, and Ava - started attending Kaufman Church in July. My background as a general music teacher/band director since 2010 plus experience with serving in kids ministry for many years led me to my role as a music minister at Kaufman.
NEW TO WEDNESDAY EVENINGS!!
Kids up to grade 5 will have their own special music and worship during bible study! During this time, we will use our brains, bodies, voices, and instruments to praise God, learn, and have fun. Some songs we will practice together are My Lighthouse, and My Feet Are On the Rock. After music time, the kids will enjoy bible study with Tonya Dean.
Not Attending Kaufman? - All are welcome on Wednesdays!
There are study groups for kids and adults following dinner. Youth in grades 6-12 are welcome to serve in the primary department or eat dinner and do homework. Please contact me if your teen would like to help serve with activities in the primary department.

are going to lead us in song during church on
Sunday, October 22.
Tonya and I are excited to get to know the kids, to praise God with our joyful noises, and to learn more about who Jesus is - our rock and our lighthouse. No sign up necessary, but if you have questions, please reach out via email. See you on Wednesdays!
